Three locations, one Community Choice.

Providing comprehensive, compassionate pediatric and adolescent healthcare while empowering parents so they can ensure their child is receiving the best care possible.

Lee’s Summit

Opened in 1984, our Lee’s Summit Office is the home office of the practice. In 2003 we moved to the current location at NW Blue Parkway and Colbern Rd. With six doctors, four nurse practitioners, and 39 other employees, including nurses and support staff, we can meet the surrounding community’s needs.

Raintree

With our first office bursting at the seams, in 2006, we opened our Raintree location. We outgrew this location and built a new building in 2013. Located near 150 Hwy and Ward Road, this office is fully staffed with six doctors, three nurse practitioners, and 13 nurses and supporting personnel.

Blue Springs

Conveniently located near I-70 between Woods Chapel and 7 Hwy, our Blue Springs office quickly became a favorite in the community when it opened in 2010.  The office’s six doctors, three nurse practitioners, and ten nurses and staff are all dedicated to keeping your child safe and healthy.

One stethoscope, many ears

When your child receives services and care from one doctor at Community Choice Pediatrics, they are receiving the experience, skills, and knowledge of the 18 board-certified doctors, 10 certified nurse-practitioners, and 66 other health care professionals on staff.

By continually sharing information and seeking the advice and opinions of each other, our patients receive the benefit of the combined knowledge, skill, and experience of all the healthcare professionals who work in the practice.

Developing Healthy Eating Habits in Preschoolers

Developing Healthy Eating Habits in Preschoolers

Establishing healthy eating habits in preschoolers is crucial for their growth, development, and long-term well-being. At this age, children are highly impressionable, and the dietary habits they form can influence their health for years to come.

Our core values

Compassion

We place ourselves in the shoes of our patients and parents as we mindfully listen, observe, and examine judgment-free.

Collaboration

By continually sharing information and seeking the advice and opinions of each other, our patients receive the benefit of the combined knowledge, skill, and experience of all the healthcare professionals who work in the practice.

Community

A safe and healthy child makes a community stronger, and a strong community produces safe and healthy children.

Testimonials from our patients

Dr. Sauer has been our pediatrician for over 15 years. Our three boys absolutely adore her. She has always answered all of our questions and went above and beyond providing care for the boys. She has always told us we can contact her anytime for anything big or small. She’s literally an extension of our family! We are so incredibly blessed and fortunate to have had her as our pediatrician all these years!

Molly B.

Angie Stott treats my children like family! She’s always kind and has a smile to share. Angie makes me feel confident in my choice of pediatric care.
